i know this would be harsh but to inflict fear that you can't get away with crimes or don't think of doing any crime, the only option is to do UAE/Singapore style of punishment where the guilty should be hanged 😡 but in reality here in India only the people who are getting cheated by these fraudsters are dying (suicide)
