SBI Add on Card Process

I’m want to apply for add-on cards. There is an option in the online portal to apply for add-on cards and upload KYC documents. However on submission of the documents, it still says that a bank executive will visit for KYC documents. Can anyone confirm how this process works? I’m confused that why a visit is required when I’ve already uploaded the required documents.

Now its mandatory to do KYC for add on cards. I am also desperately trying for add on card, but nothing happening.

I think its only for selected cities.

No, you will get your cards at home address without any physical visits.
