What Description shows in transaction history like some random Name or petrol pump name ?

Points only get credited properly if petrol pump swipes on SBI machine.

Issue is not only in getting reward, you will also have a tough time in redeeming them😁

Online redemption value is very low.

and on petrol pumps, Only few petrol pumps know / are willing to redeem points. Like 1 out of 10. 

In how many days points get credited after CC swipe on HPCL pump with SBI BPCL Rupay variant ?

Filled fuel worth 4000 today morning .

Edit : Fueled at BPCL Pump.  (Not HPCL)

SBI BPCL CC rewards cashback valid only on BPCL petrol pump not HPCL.

Good catch, actually I filled at BPCL only somehow wrote HPCL 😂

Check the sbi card website for the eligible petrol pump list. Not all BPCL pumps provide the cb.

Whenever the transaction gets settled. It ranges from 48-72 hours

And to be on safer side always fill petrol of amount less than 4000 because customer care sometimes catch us on 4000 rs limit.

Google sbi card octane- open official website- look for other benefits then click learn more. There you will find the list.

all bpcl pumps are eligible but the catch is not all pos availabe on that pumps are eligible,, i am sure about pinelabs pos is eligible not sure about others…

next time try a bpcl fuel station and then wait 1-2 days when trasaction settled check you got rewards points correctly, if ok then always fill from that pump or you can try other pumps and check them..

very imprtant – points credited only after that transaction settled and surcharge is only for transaction above 400-500   and also surcharge value is also limited everymonth(check according to your card on website)

Only first year.. after that fee is waived if annual spend is 2L or above

After raising complaint on SBI cards app, customer care team credited those 25x points on my account. It took 2 weeks after raising the complaint

Same for me.. i complaint vthout any hope.. n also called agents who provide card .. They said every outlet is eligible for points. Then I sent  pdf of the outlets after tht they not responded .. now i again fill fuel from different nearby outlet..let's see.. Yesterday they credited joining  bonus Points.

Last week i have filled in a pump which is not in that pdf list. and i received the points same day transaction got posted on account. this time i had took the bill and invoice from them to be safe side. 

seems issue is very random.

Yeah, POS machine was of HDFC Back 

I talked to sbi CC and they confirmed me that points can be earned for refuelling at any bpcl outlet only redemption can be done at selected outlets given in pdf.

Can anyone please confirm if SBI BPCL works during Amazon and Flipkart sales for instant discounts? I was planning to apply for that but came across someone who said instant discount is not working during sales. So, confused about it
