Sbi Card Annual Fee Reversal / Wavier

HIi I got a Sbi Simply save card last year & I had spent more than 1L in the previous cycle and received the milestone reward (2k cleartip GV) as well but today in the statement SBI charged me the annual fee of 499 + GST.
My question is does this charge reverse automatically or I need to request them manually ?
Also, When I had alreaday achieved the milestone then why the charged me annual fee is this the case with all SBI Card Users ??
(First Deduct the fee then reverse it … ?)

every bank usually deducts rhe fee + gst and then they reverse it automatically.
Yes. Reverse will happen on the 13th month statement
Is the Fee+GST fully reversed or it’s just Fee part reversed and not GST?

But make sure u pay full due amount even if reversed
dont know it’s reversed automatically or not but on safer side I always call cc to get it reversed every year… 
I think only anuual fee reverse.. nit card issuing fee where they alreddy gave 500 voucher
that will be reversed in next statememt if u meet the threshold, u will also get a sms for the same.
this is ss of my sbi card statement they have revesed feea automatically in the same statement month including gst .

And you need to pay charges, if statement is generated with fee
