SBI Card bluffing?

Take a look at the screenshot attached.
SBI simplyclick promises to provide 10x RP for priority merchants.
But, it dosent seem to honour the same.
Transacted more than 20K over ClearTrip, got merely 1100 as RP.
Can someone explain? Or are they just scamming?

Also the way they show breakdown of RPs in statement is so confusing. Very difficult to track which txns got counted for points
