Hello dimers ,
I am using the sbi simplyclick card from 1 year . I have spent about 1.5 lakh rs in the year 2022 so i am eligible for anual fee waiver for this year but they have charged me annual fee and they have not revert it . I mailed them and they said that annual fee is a basic card mainting fee and i have to pay it even if i spent 1 lakh they are giving me reason that they have sent milestone achievement gift voucher for me .
So dimer what are your suggestions about how to get back my annual fee .

SBI calculates spends for milestone rewards and annual fee differently.
If they don't reverse this in 13th statement, assume some of your transactions weren't eligible for fee waiver

Same issue here
Got milestone voucher but not fee reversal just because milestone calculated from 1st month but fee from second month.
Nodal also denied helping

Ask them to compensate via reward points, if they refuse tell them you will cancel the card, they tend to do wonders only when customer cancel their card

Card has milestone benifit.. if soend over 1 or 2 lak in year shoukd be no annual fee.. so why dont u ask that..whatever benifit are with card is extra and for no annual fee also their is tc

SBI card does things in its own random way, better get used to it if planning on keeping sbi card & using it for long(I only have one & now rarely use it so no more tension of annual fee waiver/milestone voucher).

Just apply for card closure and select reason as annual charge.. you will get call and just say that you are closing because they are not waiving it even you spend enough money.. they will surely refund u with GST..

My card also activated in Jan.. Last year annual fee waived.. But this year charged.. Though I have received the milestone benefit..
