SBI CASHBACK APPLICATION STUCK @ WAIT 12 TO 24 HRS ERROR

Sapna dikhakar reject kar diya.. I am sbi holder also simply click holder.. got msg like 10 20 times apply..and they rejected.. ab kya chahiye unko?

RBI should make it compulsory for banks to state eligibility criteria for each credit cards including cibil score. Many people are unaware of cibil score. They think defaulting a payment will only result in late fine and interest. Banks when rejecting a CC application should tell reason also so that the applicant can correct that mistake. RBI should also make it compulsory for banks to tell reason to applicant for rejecting credit card application.

Wait , it will take 12-24 hours

Yes I received call back for physical kyc with in person photo capture but in my Adhar pin address but I am unavailable due to office works is there anyway we can change physical kyc location I tried to convince but they have no option even I never entered during form for my home kyc address

Thanks for approaching me i have applied on sprint following time line-

Applied on 27 March 2023 - Via sprint including assigned limit range sms & bank verification 1 rs deduction

28 March 2023 - Received call back early morning due to some issue application got stuck it will proceed automatically as per twitter team this was false calls /spam they unable to identify mentioned call no

30 March - I approach already twitter sbi card team regards my application stuck at following page i recieved call back from my during start application filled pincode Head office it filled as my Adhar home address but my current location is Office address that is different state So i approached over call why it stuck she told need Live photo & esign only left because of application hold i informed here i am in office address she told she can't proceed my next kyc steps due to location you mentioned in current location that is different.

03 Apr - I am still approaching sbi twitter team to complete kyc - Till now no updates calls.

05 apr - I shoot mail to cc via email regards current status & current conversations happens with CSM or local kyc call back team - got response in next 2 days 21 days processing wait till.

07 apr - I again shoot mall to cc & nodal - same response received wait 21 days - Till now i am in same stage

10 apr - i approached cs head along with previous trail mail & conversation with sbi card team - i received same 21 days reply

12 apr - I am now thinking it won't go next leave it till now i am getting 21 days email response.

15 apr - I again mail to cs head kindly complete kyc as per my current address they said we are taking request it is subjective to approval wait next 10 days.

20 apr - Till now no updates i again waited

26 apr 03.30pm - again raised email to cs head this time some angel person took request for complete kyc with 10 days subjective to approval email given sr no & same day again i received call back from local team to complete kyc but i informed please complete kyc at my current office address as i informed earlier she is telling she not authorized to take request for complete kyc beside adhar address that i given but i was unable to available due to official reason in next 5months finally i clarify cs head confirm sbi can take kyc from any place she hanged up informed she will ask with senior team.

26 apr 06.00pm around - Received call back & sms for assigned kyc person from sbi card & informed me regards current location someone will come for kyc completion.

26 apr 07.10 pm - Someone come for immediately complete kyc informed recently i got request from nearby sbi card office for ur application no i verified it was same he took live photo ask some basic details & filled up & one otp will come from nesl to digital sign form he check kindly verify prefilled details as filled up in sprint i check & given esign now all digital process done , given me physical two forms for sign for cashback card i signed both of them one come with sbi cashback card logo please verify .

27 apr 06.21 Pm - Till now no updates immediately i received sms thanks for sbi card family finally it approved i am already simplyclick holder from july 2022 still sbi need following kyc procedure most of time.
