Hey guys I ordered something from Amazon using SBI cashback card and then cancelled it and took the refund in Amazon Pay Wallet.
Today I received the statement and saw that I haven't received the Cashback for that transaction.
Does Amazon tell the bank that the the order was cancelled ?
I previously used this trick with HDFC millennia card and it worked and I got the cashback but in SBI case I didn't ?
Edit - Called SBI CC and they said to wait for 90 days.
Don't know If I will get this Cashback or not 🙃

Was it cancelled before settlement of txn (2 days)? May be in such cases it is getting settled as wallet loads, juat a guess

I cancelled it after 5 minutes of placing the order
but still how would they know if my order was cancelled or not
The contact between sbi card and amazon should cut off after the payment except if i refund the miney back to source

Go to app check if transaction settled. If settled and still not got cashback then its fixed u wont get cashback
