SBI Cashback Card Issue

Hey guys I ordered something from Amazon using SBI cashback card and then cancelled it and took the refund in Amazon Pay Wallet.
Today I received the statement and saw that I haven't received the Cashback for that transaction.
Does Amazon tell the bank that the the order was cancelled ?
I previously used this trick with HDFC millennia card and it worked and I got the cashback but in SBI case I didn't ?
Edit - Called SBI CC and they said to wait for 90 days.
Don't know If I will get this Cashback or not 🙃

I cancelled it after 5 minutes of placing the order
but still how would they know if my order was cancelled or not
The contact between sbi card and amazon should cut off after the payment except if i refund the miney back to source
anyways will talk to cc tomorrow
Btw nice trick if getting 5% like this for utility payments.
Using this for last 3 months for utility payments/ mobile recharge to get 5% cashback.

What was the product you ordered...can you give link?...for some order after cancelling refund to wallet option doesn't appear
Try Nestle infant milk products
Go to app check if transaction settled. If settled and still not got cashback then its fixed u wont get cashback

I’m still laughing at how can even expect this when Amazon has best minds there and so do SBI.
What I don't understand is How and why did Amazon send my order details to SBI
Was thinking to use this in next month after devaluation par ye to shuru hone se pahle hi khatam ho gya 
Btw what was transaction date and merchant name after settlement transaction category in spend analysir?
