I am using below method for fuel payments .
In Amazon frequently getting 100 on 3000 or 105 on 3000 gift card offer.
Purchasing using SBI cashback card. Getting 150 cashback Total benefit 250 on 3000, 8%.
Now load ICICI fastag using Amazon pay balance from fastag icici website.
Approx charges 1.65% Now from HPPAY app, pay via fastag. You will recieve 4 payback points per 100 for paying through HPPAY. Around 1% returns.
8%-1.65%+1% is the final benefit So overall 7+% benefit.

SBI Cashback card get additional 5% CB on Gyftr purchases
But, be aware SBI blocks most of the cards everytime you try to purchase from Gyftr, you can get it unblocked easily and try again but the necx transaction can go through or card get blocked again. it's just luck

I am pointing out to the link which you have given and not GV purchases/ Everything will be spent eventually. But the fact that it goes through multiple accounts unethically, that too from a source (credit card) which is not meant for money transfer, means it is rotation. Enjoy while it lasts, but I hold such people/activities responsible for bringing down benefits for regular folks.
