Well, I sent the appcode and got the message to track my new application status….The lady called again for my KYC, bank statement and ITR (2 yr), the KYC to be done via Video Call…Now this process must have gone thru eligibility check and thus asking for docs

When applying, keep in mind that SBI CC is NOT a SBI Bank product. It is offered by a subsidiary NBFC. So the normal banking ombudsman process of SBI will not apply to SBI CC.
Last month i got call from sbi .. u have preapproved credit card available….. Go to bank and get with proof…

It is a genuine message from SBI portal for applying SBI credit card for beurou consent to check your cibil score . After forward this msg you will receive a msg from SBI portal ( you have a successfully submitted your card application number (*************) application number is of 13 digits.
After your approval your KYC will be done through video call process.

Even the website logo is of SBI (May be it is the website for applications through agents?)
