● Login to your Club Vistara Account ● Go to my account and select ‘My Vouchers’ ● Select On-Demand Voucher Generation ● Select the complimentary voucher you wish to issue from the list ● Click on ‘Issue’ to generate the voucher ticket ● Once issued, the voucher will be visible under ‘My Vouchers’ and valid for 3 months from the date of issuance

Max value of ticket = no fixed value but any ticket above 10K I observed no seats
Can be booked for nominee=Yes, add nominees in profile before booking

Any t and c=voucher can be generated upto 6 months from email rcvd, once generated 90 days validity and journey should be completed within those 90days

refund=ZERO if you cancel for any reason

Thanks, can you please clarify how above 10k no seats available. It means vistara does not have fares above 10k or these flights are not available om portal which offers complimentary booking

Experienced the same. Although got one 1 ticket on 1 day before diwali(no ticket was available for complementary last for 10 days) goa to delhi (~ 8500)
