SBI credit card blocked due to SBI's system mistakenly marking the transaction as suspicious

I was making a transaction on a website using my SBI credit card.

The transaction was blocked as SBI's system mistakenly marked it as suspicious. SBI also blocked my credit card in the process.

I'm unable to login into the app to unblock the card, their IVR system is stupid as there is no option of unblocking the credit card through their IVR system.

I have written to the Twitter support team as well but haven't received any proper response from them. Truly a pathetic experience.

Sometimes my ICICI card transaction is also marked suspicious by the ICICI system but in order to approve the transaction we simply have to press 1 when the call comes from the ICICI's IVR system. Stupid SBI has gone ahead and directly blocked my card. Security is important but it shouldn't come at the price of inconvenience.

Is there any other way of unblocking the credit card?

Talk to SBI customer care representative on 18601801290 / 18601801295 / 18605001295. They will unblock the card instantly.

call 18601801290, select language, choose 1 again 1 then card details then press 9, once customer executive unblock ur card from their side u can use ur card, but for sbi card app which is showing suspicious activity msg while login will be unlocked automatically after 24 hr, so do worry

Same thing when we use sbi cb card on gyftr.. However got automated call and unblocked immediately by pressing 1

Update: Finally got the automated call from IVR after almost 1.5 days. Card unblocked now
