SBI credit card offer not working on Flipkart grocery

The ongoing SBI 10% instant off upto 250 on Flipkart groceries are not getting applied. In terms and conditions it is clearly mentioned that it is applicable for both emi and non emi transaction. 

I had requested a call back and the customer care executive told me to try on desktop site and I did but facing the same issue.

Note - I don't use my SBI credit card on Flipkart in this month and my total grocery items are worth 2505 rupees.
