I have worst experience with SBI since 2 years !

I have an issue with it’s services !

I have Salary Account .
I have opted for Internet Banking .
Since 2 years I am unable to login to  my Account .
I have already been  provided with  password kit !
But User name not received to my mobile number.

Reason : I have tried to resend User name from SBI link but getting error always as " Please enter mobile number registered with Internet Banking , but I am receiving credit and debit alerts to my mobile number !

I have visited   SBI branch many times but no resolution yet always getting answer as try to resend User name online ,
Also I have tried to create new account on "Yono " but getting error as user is already registered for internet banking !

If anyone knows how to solve ,kindly post your comments .

only solution is by visiting branch
get hold of some sane person , request himself , give a letter with your problem in details
wlll be done in 24 hrs

lol from 2yrs u r unable to login in your account, just go to ur branch manager and tell them to freeze ur account and tell them to open a new account or close ur account

You can get Username by going selecting “Forgot Username” option. Check whether it’s available in yono app. Available at website, try at website.

I think it’s not possible until lockdown as residence and working place is different

Tried getting Same error as branch did some mistakes while generating pass may be they input wrong number

It’s not possible as it’s a Salary Account , that’s why waited till now , I already get statement from ATM. Lol

Netbanking and Atm both are different things you need to go to branch give application to change mobile number then only yeh problem can be solved,
no need to close your account as suggested by someone
Solution is very simple
Change NETBANKING mobile number through brankch
You would not have suffered this long if you have contacted me

The problem is not usrname ,
Problem is with mobile number which is updated incorrectly which can be corrected only by branch if your brother can change his mobile num. then ok

yes apply online who is stopping you

same goes for all credit cards be it sbi axis icici hdfc never went to branch

You need to fill a separate form or application in which you have to mention that you want transaction right for this account and this Mobile number
Because your number is already registered but you haven’t taken transaction right that’s why this problem arise

Fill a mobile number updation form in branch and it will be updated in 24 hrs along with supporting documents

Because your number is already registered but you haven’t taken transaction right that’s why this problem arise

Not like that, You can still login and view your balance statement etc even if you don’t have transaction right, here OP is not able to login

without giving Mobile number updation form physically nothing is possible in SBI, same applies for Bob


i found axis to be quite good in this regard , easily doable from any Axis ATM

in sbi you can change mobile number without going to branch if atm and net Banking is working , easy credit card

in SBI u can create internet banking from home

Missing
