In september I got 94 points for spending on amazon during sale for the first time. In october there were some reversal of amazon purchases and sbi reversed 322 points. I don't get it what happened here.

they give you 1x RP during sale and for take back 10x RP for refunds, very funny situation, had to fight a lot but ended up just closing the card altogether

In September billed amount was Rs 9453 (-3 was opening balance)
In October billed amount was - 4091
This card was issued in august only and there was no purchase done before September except the joining charges.
I get it they reversed but how they can reverse more than 300 points when i have earned 94 points only till date.
