SBI Simplyclick credit card application & confusions
Next day received call from SBI card, she told me you have Simplyclick card already & as per policy we can't issue same card for existing Simplyclick card holder. We are approving sbi Bpcl card & the limit will be taken from your existing card limit so how much you wish to split your credit card limit with SBI BPCL. I got angry

Anybody has able get unsecured Simplyclick card despite having same card ( secured /unsecured)

I don’t think you can hold 2 cards of the same variant
I had
1st simply click 55k limit unsecured.
2nd got Sbi bpcl 145k limit unsecured.
Then got preapproved offer in SimplyCLICK to get sbi elite card with shared limit. I ignored.
Luckily after that, I got another SimplyCLICK card offer in BPCL with shared limit. Instant approved.
Now I have 2 SimplyCLICK, 1 bpcl.
Only Problem is, I dont get Amazon 500 voucher in reward redemption page in new card. Only Amazon Prime voucher is available.

Yes, boring but krna parta hai information paane k lea

Nope. Why would I take 3 SBI cards if I can’t spend milestone.
First of all u can’t transfer the limit of secured card to unsecured card..
if you already have simplyclick (secured) u can’t get another simplyclick(secured/unsec).. do one thing get unsecured card like bpcl or any then wait for 3 months then upgrade to simplyclick but for this you have close your secured simplyclick card first…
If by chance you get some automated system offer for simplyclick in another sbi card(co-branded) like someone mentioned above then only you can get it else sbi card will not issue you another simplyclick card based on manual application from your side.
Why the limit will be taken from my existing Simplyclick card why not separate limit
~
Limit i think is decided* based on your income.
Taking three different cards won’t increase your income naa
Ek kaam kijiye jo aap card milrha wo aap lelo jaise hi aapka card approved generate hoga aap FD wala card close kra dijiye aapka jo v limit hoga wo automatically new card me ajyega & hm aapka card upgrade kradenge.
FD card limit gets transferred to unsecured cc? She is indeed fooling around 😄

Many banks approve standalone credit limit for different card variants. Its the SBI and may be few others are into this Split limit concept (Bad one if the first card limit is low – 50/110k)
But the pre-approved cards based on existing CC (via SBI Card portal/App) will have shared limit

Follow up with grievance / nodal mail id and get it changed if u have proof of simplyclick application.
Many got it done.

Axis was giving me Atlas (5k+gst) annual but limit had to be shared with ltf FK axis (18k limit )
I was like wtf wrong with you guys.
Sbi giving me pre approved simplysave but limit needs to be shared with the Simplyclick that i have. So staying away ….

Why would you take 3, otherwise also, i don’t see much benifit. Can you please show me what you gain, it may change my perspective.

Best option would be to take add on cards (to use at the time of bank offers), if iam not wrong.
Actually you asked for chicken biryani and she gave you crow biryani

It’s because of the milestone benefit of Rs. 2K ClearTrip GV twice for online spending 1st Lakh and 2nd Lakh with your SimplyClick Card. That raises the reward percentage upto 3.25% to 4.50%.
If you can spend online min. 3L or more in a card year, it’s worth to take the 2nd SimplyClick Card.
Even I was getting the preapproved additional 2nd SimplyClick Card 3 months back when I had active Prime Card. But I didn’t take that, as I was not ready at that time. Now, my 1L and 2L milestones completed while 5 months remain for the card Anniversary. Hence, missing those milestone benefits.
well I am seeing @Mufasa that you get angry sooo easily 😂😂😂. I hope you’ll never have to call dhani.
Well the girl is right that you can’t hold two simplyClick in direct way. Well there are ways but why you want to have two?

I don’t to have two same variant card. My existing card is FD based so ai want insecure Simplyclick card. My plan is once I get Simplyclick card, I will close mu FD based card. Agent told me I that once you have unsecured credit I can convert it to Simplyclick card after some months. I don’t know if it woks this way or not. Card sellers can say anything just achieve his/her target.

That’s what I am thinking, if existing card is secured so what if I close the existing card? Anyway I will close my old card & will she what happens. She told me you are getting unsecured card

You are right, I also told her but she was clueless just & have no proper information
