SBI SimplyClick Credit Card Reward Points Now Silently Devalue:
Previously, It was 2000 points for 500 Amazon gift voucher.
Now today It's showing 2500 points for 500.
Now the cashback rate came down to 1% from 1.25% earlier.

WTF WTF! Thanks for the warning. I will definitely close it before 3rd year begins (so they reverse charges like they did for 2nd year or make it LTF)
Are there rules by RBI to prevent sudden de-valuation without any advance announcement? 1.25% came down to 1% (5X) and 2.5% (10X) merchants reward rate came down to 2%.
Also 'redeem' is spelled 'reedem'. English bhi nahin aati SBI gawaron ko.

very bad to hear as I am about to redeem. i am not closing because of one dimer who shared trick and helped in converting my card as LTF.
Trick is to raise a service request for closure of their card and when they call you then demand/request to make your card LTF, for some they did earlier, I don't know what is happening now!
