Recieved statement on 22 july which stated that I have spent 187975 and only 12025 more needed to achieve 2L milestone to recieve 2k cleartrip voucher. So I achieved the spend on 6 aug and the transaction are settled. But sbi still not processed my milestone voucher. It shows in service request tracking whenever I complete milestone. So I waited till my next statement. On receiving statement on 23 aug I checked it now shows new spend milestone because my annual fees has been charged on 22 aug.

see need only 12025 to reach 2L.

Now due to new cycle spends have been refreshed.

So they deleted my previous milestone details from the statement without giving the voucher. Anyone faced similar issue? Any suggestions? I have complaint on Twitter let's see what happens when they call me.

No but the base issue is same, incorrect calculation of spending by sbi system. One part of sbi system calculate total spend differently from another part of same system.

Even I have a problem with simply click milestone..
I have already reached 1 lac milestone in July end..
And got the first cleartrip gv in August..
(Spent 1.26 lac out of which 15k is a refund. So technically spent 1.11lac)

But in the August statement it shows that 12698 is still needed to reach the 1 lac milestone...

Had similar issue with Sbi Prime card 2 years back. I reached 5L milestone for 7K voucher. Confirmed with many sbi execs, on phone and via email, but "their system" showed 12K less. Never received the voucher even after following up for 2 months. Stopped using the card after that and ultimately surrendered few months back. Still have the simplyclick card as a backup sbi card for occasional offers. haven't reached milestone of 1L in last 3-4 years and have been paying the annual charges.

I reached 1 lakh online spend milestone & even got the cleartrip 2k gv but annual fee still not reversed after following the case for more than 1 month. Apparently the part of their system that calculates milestone spend calculated correctly but the part of the system that calculates annual spend did not & that is what all the sbi execs/support seem to be referring to while replying & said annual fee not reversed because 1 lakh annual spend not achieved.

They have calculation issue in statement for milestone.. just chceked.. my 1st bill was 8 march.. upto may there was 0 accumulated spend..xd.. july 33 rs.. still mystry how they calculate.. my aug balance say 64k missing from milestone.. but i alreddy 2000*2 cleartip kha kar hajam kar chuka hu.. btw they reverse anual charge? They took 499 plus gst on march syatement..when they reverse.. if anyone able to understamd theg accumulated spend.. clearify me neutral_face

Wait for card statement showing 1 Lakh milestone achieved & remaining target for 2 Lakh milestone before contacting customer care. For 2 Lakh milestone try to achieve it at least one statement before card billing year ends so that you have at least one statement in same card billing year showing 2 Lakh milestone also achieved(column will be blank for both 1 Lakh & 2 lakh milestone) else new card billing year will again show target amt remaining for 1 Lakh milestone & sbi customer care will definitely gets confused(not that they are any better in normal times).

Moral of the story is your goal should be 1.25 Lakh for availing benefits 125000-12500 Refund-12500 Amazon wallet/ Vouchers= 100001/- INR = 2000 CT GV.
Try not to Spend/ use on 1st and 12 Month

Just checked seeing the issues here and am surprised to see that my cumulative spends have been resetting every month!. In my last 7 years of using SBI card, only once have I received the voucher and to my knowledge, every year I've used min. 2 Lacs

Looks like the milestone amount is calculated after the first statement generation..
Even I spent 20k before the first statement but that doesn't count as per the statement..
It would be better to spend and calculate the milestone between second month and eleventh month for peace of mind..

Actually it is opposite, they are calculating milestone spend from before the first ever statement generation but for annual fee waiver they are considering only the spend from after the first ever statement generation.

Received this month's statement today.

I have spend around 70k with SBI simply click on amazon but in the statement my accumulated spents are showing as only 8k . What is going on some one can explain.

Also I had to pay 500rs annual fees despite my accumulated spents reached 1lakh+ for last year.they did not reverse after complaining.
