No but the base issue is same, incorrect calculation of spending by sbi system. One part of sbi system calculate total spend differently from another part of same system.

Had similar issue with Sbi Prime card 2 years back. I reached 5L milestone for 7K voucher. Confirmed with many sbi execs, on phone and via email, but "their system" showed 12K less. Never received the voucher even after following up for 2 months. Stopped using the card after that and ultimately surrendered few months back. Still have the simplyclick card as a backup sbi card for occasional offers. haven't reached milestone of 1L in last 3-4 years and have been paying the annual charges.

I reached 1 lakh online spend milestone & even got the cleartrip 2k gv but annual fee still not reversed after following the case for more than 1 month. Apparently the part of their system that calculates milestone spend calculated correctly but the part of the system that calculates annual spend did not & that is what all the sbi execs/support seem to be referring to while replying & said annual fee not reversed because 1 lakh annual spend not achieved.

I raised mailbox request for payment dishonour fee and it was refunded once.
Another time they didn't give clear voucher for 1 lakh spend, asked them but they didn't entertain, saying i haven't spent a lakh, guess they don't include wallet in online spends.

while taking the 1st card from them it's same both. But in between if we change the card variant for ex SimplyClick to SimplySave/Prime etc annual fee year won't change but spend milestone year change.
So, in your case you acheived 1L in your milestone year but not spend 1L in your card annual year. Check if you had more spends in some 13-15 months before you were charged annual fee, may be those spends were considered in 1L milestone benefit, but since annual fee year is different they were not considered.

I have simplyclick card from the beginning. Statement generation date is 15th of every month. First ever statement generated in Feb so my card billing year as well as milestone spend year is same, from Jan 15 to Jan 15(of next year).

They have calculation issue in statement for milestone.. just chceked.. my 1st bill was 8 march.. upto may there was 0 accumulated spend..xd.. july 33 rs.. still mystry how they calculate.. my aug balance say 64k missing from milestone.. but i alreddy 2000*2 cleartip kha kar hajam kar chuka hu.. btw they reverse anual charge? They took 499 plus gst on march syatement..when they reverse.. if anyone able to understamd theg accumulated spend.. clearify me

Their system is broken, card spend year/billing cycle year/milestone spend year should be all same if same card is continued with no upgrade in card variant etc.
