My friend is currently holding Simplyclick card but after expiry they will issue Simplysave card. Any help?

They are trying to overrun the customers.
Simply save is rewarding only for offline shops, 1RP if shopped online while simply click offers 5/10RP. Due to rise of online shopping, SBI wants you to use card that is not rewarding so that SBI has to share less RP from their commission. When you shop online /offline from SBI partnered merchants, SBI receive give some compassion from merchants & same of its shares given to Card holders in the form of rewards points. SBI has also forced me to take SBI IRCTC card but I refused finally they processed my SBI simply click after a short argument.
I would suggest you apply for reissue card of your current with new card number, expiry date, etc. If you prefer shopping online, just refuse to accept the downgraded card.
Simplysave card only gives reward for those offline shops which register themselves as departmental/grocery stores which most small typical shops don’t. See this thread of mine:

Simply block the present card by saying lost and apply for duplicate or new one. It will have new validity.
