I dont have acc in sbi. Can I get virtual debit card through yono without opening acc in sbi for flipkart sale. ( Net banking is not enabled)

SBI yono needs sbi bank acc & netbanking login for first time setup.

Not possible. You need to have your KYC done with the bank ( limited / full ) before using their services.
