Standard charted credit card application issue

I have been trying to apply SC Ultimate Credit card since 4 weeks and after filling in all the details and click "Submit", the page gets stuck there. In chrome console, it shows "500 server error" all the time. Complaining on Twitter seems useless as they are replying with useless generic responses all the time.

Yes faced same issue in December , it resolved itself automatically after few days.
Is it getting stuck in multi step form or the full final long form

Final long form, after clicking "Submit", status on the button changes to "Processing " and nothing happens after that

Had the same issue a couple of months ago. Downloaded the SC Mobile app and applied from the app.

Had the same issue, someone called from their CC and all the docs and details were collected weeks back, no update at all. Emails go unanswered.
