Scam : Dhani Card without applying

Just now I received an SMS which says, "**** is your delivery code for TRANSERV SURFACE (Dhani Cards) package (AWB *******). Share with delivery agent only. – DELHIVERY
Now, I have never applied for a Dhani Card and even not using Dhani app. I remember ordering free corona kit from Dhani few days back which means they are using those free orders to collect address.
1) Whom to complain ?
2) Should I accept the delivery because if not, that card in my name could be misused by courier guy ?
3 ) Will this affect my credit score although I don’t remember sharing my KYC with them ?

Even I got msg and received 2-3 cards i think they are sending cards to all those who purchased free covid kit from them…
Accept it for sure 
Have you ever not wanted to play with a card (like breaking it seeing what’s inside/use it while applying screen guard to remove bubbles)?
You can use this card for that. Why reject it when they are giving you a card for free which you can use for multiple applications? 
kuch saal pehle dhani app 10-20rs.deti thi recharge karne ko kuch games khelkar. in saalo ne vaha se number save karliye aur ab un numbaro ke address nikal kar card bhej rahi ha. tell courier person to come to ur house. take photo of the package and tell courier person to reject it.
do not give courier person otp to accept or to reject. if u give reject otp, which delhivery sends, then they will prove that u applied and then refused to accept.
So is it ok not to accept the card altogether when it comes via courier? As I don’t want this crap at all.
I told courier guy that I won’t be sharing any otp, if you want leave the package.
He took back the package.
Dhani has gone mad, it’s a humble request to you to activate ur card, you will loose ur mental peace.
Don’t have any KYC document linked with Dhani, so gonna accept, remove the chip & will give it to my cousin for playing Frisbee with them. He was anyhow asking for one Frisbee for his birthday.

I have also got my card today .Havent shared otp and delivery person still gave it to me.
On card ot says freedom card but in the letter it days super saver card.
Anyone please confirm if its super saver or if i activate they will active it as freedom card ?
