SCAM? - Got a call saying that I won TatNeu Ball Kahan Hai contest.

The Truecaller said that call is from Tata Neu (spammer - red bar) - 02061338000. Caller gave me 2 numbers and said I can call them and also said that I have to visit some Croma store in Darya Ganj on the match day itself (with proper ID proof) to collect my ticket. They said they cannot send me these details on email (strange!). Although at the end when I asked again, they said I would have received an email.
I checked my email - there is no email received about this, but then I have also disabled my "promotional emails" on tataNeu app, so maybe that's why I didnt receive this winning email?
Have I really won or this is some kind of Scam? How to verify?

I don't think it is some scam since he didn't ask for money or documents. U should visit the store and confirm there. There's no harm in confirming from Croma store.

Dose not look like scam. They are calling you to official croma store. Why you think visiting croma store going to scam you?

I think it's a scam.
Since I got tickets for the 18th apr that is tomorrow for Hyderabad location and i reside in Mumbai so even I wanted to sell. So the numbers they gave of point of contact got the list today and they called me saying my name is not in the guest list.
Even I have not received any email for the same.
