Is anyone using this credit card, I got a call from SCB for this card, it gives 5x rewards on dining and fuel as per website, but that person told you’ll get 5x on all spends including online txns, is this true ? shall I apply for this card if it is worth it?

Anyway of knowing if I shop on Amazon or add money in paytm ,I’ll still get 5x rewards instead of 1x rewards? Any existing platinum rewards card holder can help with this?

I have scb platinum rewards card, no such 5x benefit is there. Also things for which u can redeem these rewards are costly and useless.
I have kept this card only because it’s lifetime free.

Edit: 5x rewards on certain dining places, (must be costly) got mailer sometime back.

actually have this card for many years, the 5x points are only for dining and fuel, and no not just on certain (costly) dining places
dining outlets is based on the merchant category codes allotted by Visa.

It earlier had 5x points on hotels too, not anymore.
1 point for other spends

The points value is not that high, it depends on the redemption voucher, product you choose.
