Schools are asking students submission Aadhar is mandatory But truth is not mandatory
I have seen almost all schools are forcing students to submit Aadhar card as CBSE made it mandatory. Many of the schools are arranging camps in school and forcefully making Aadhar cards. Its govt policy behind all this. Supreme court already given a stay on these kind of things. Those who still managed to stay away from this Matrix should deny and dont need to worry at all. I had filed an RTI asking CBSE ask why they have made it mandatory as schools are asking , in reply they shared circular that says its optional.
So stay safe avoid Aadhar till it requires bio matrix.

Excellent job…this is how institutions take advantage of people. Indians are mostly ignorant about laws and very shy when it comes to taking an action. Result is fraud on mass scale like this. Now spread your action as much you can among other parents and ask them to collectively round up the school authorities. Since they must have given each one of you some kind of written notice or such, you all can file a case against them.
HDFC asked me to submit Aadhaar and I denied to which they lied that it’s mandatory. I asked in written, then I will make aadhaar. They didn’t. Neither will any institution.
It’s not that Indians are ignorant or shy, many of us just don’t want to spend most our time by fighting with the system. It is wrong but that’s the way it is and that’s normal human tendency.
Aadhaar is made mandatory in many fields even when SC says you can’t force anyone for it. It’s mandatory in DBTL & PF funds also recently in Uttar Pradesh state entrance exam, Now no one’s gonna go to SC for any of it simply because no one has that much time or money.
I don’t think anyone has filed any petition that why it is mandatory for UPSEE, the reasons are not just that we are ignorant, many other reason are in play.
