Need a screwdriver which has long and thin blade/handle or if its adjustable. have a very very old lamp at home.whenever the bulb fuses we have to take it to some electrician to just open it up.few photos of the type of screw in it.

Screwdrivers with interchangeable bits are thicker, i.e. they have larger diameter shafts. It wont fit inside the hole that you've shown.
What you need is something like this (if you are looking for a set for versatility)

These are common and basic hardware stuff that every hardware shops carry. And its cheaper offline. If you need just one to remove the screw that you have shown, goto a hardware store and tell you need a long and thin Philips screwdriver. You will get one within Rs.50.
