Earlier it used to be credited in 30 days post completion of calendar month but after their recent upgrade to the membership rewards platform seems like this will be credited immediately like their monthly 4*1500 bonus points. No changes in Terms and conditions so not sure if this was just a 1 month surprise
Received March Month 20k bonus on 12th April
April Month 20k bonus on 2nd May
May Month 20k bonus on 5th May

I already used to receive 1000rp for 20k spend in the same month after few days of spending 20k…
For April i recived it in April itself, in January also I recived it in January.
Only for March i recived it after 30 days so don’t know what their logic is.
Been receiving it like this since February.
@IamRage you are correct. Might be some maintenance one time affair, like you said.
I hope they don’t take away this easy 2k points earning from us. It’s been too good so long.
I also received the 1K Bonus for 20k Spend within 3 days of the transaction being done !!
Earlier I used to get in 2nd or 3rd week of next month !!

For me it is not the case, still points for April not yet credited, last eligible transaction done on 30th April.
I have not received 1000 bonus points on spending 1500 or more 4 times for the month of April yet. Is there anyone else who has not received it too?
Check through app support chat, that normally gets Credited within 2 days from 4th transaction
How you guys achieving 20k spend limit.. geniune spends or is their any good suggestion?
2x points for Rewards Multiplier transaction done on 29th April is not credited. Had a chat with them on the pending 1x and they said there is some delay and the same would be credited by 20th May
How to spend money on amex card?
Has Amex stopped crediting the reward points for NPS contribution? I invested Rs 50k but got the reward points only for the monthly 20k spends not the base rewards for the txn
does Amex started charging membership and then reversal even if spends crossed the limit for fee waiver, like SBI?
I spend more 150000 in the last membership year for MRCC but got charged with 750+GST, when I called customer care agent mentioned it is system generated they don't have access to check and said if I am eligible for reversal it will get reversed automatically (was quite rude too , first time experiencing such a behavior from Amex support) I was quite polite and I requested if they could check the spends in last membership year for which she replied there is no need to do that as you will get it reversed if eligible
for last 3 membership years it was never charged at all, this year too limit was crossed well in advance at least 1 month prior .
Tried to chat as well where they mentioned messaging team now doesn't have provision to check this but last year they were able to help me with spends made so far and all ( spends tracker within app was not working since last year)

edit: tried calling support again and talked to another agent within 2 seconds he mentioned that I was short by 29rs for fee reversal and re-directed to the team that handles fee handling for reversal for which they took the request immediately
as per my calculations I have spent 158000 , anyway it would get reversed and they confirmed I don't have to pay the fee
