Seller fraud on ShopClues – Qoo10.In
I have been ordering from shopclues – Qoo10.in this diwali and quite many orders. Here are some observations.first
positive : the best sellers on this site are Sukkhi, Portronics and Frionkandy
Negative :
- worst seller is karnavati
- if an order is cancelled by customer or seller the entire qpoints of 30% are penalised. Means if an order of ₹1000 had 4 items and 1 seller forgot to ship (its wierd) the entire ₹300 of savings is forfeited.
- there is no way to contact qoo10.In
- sellers ship rejected damaged items even wrong items because there is no return or refund.
- Qoo10 is on sellers side and ignores customer tickets.
- sellers never respond and numbers on invoices are either fake or they immediately blacklist you (karnavati) .
- sellers put wrong photo and description. Like for led string light order they actually send rice lights and cheat.
- unlike AZ or FK they don’t allow download of invoice copy so no warranty claim if you lose the small chit with the parcel.
I did loot their system but sellers are now committing frauds last 4 orders ate all damaged items . So stay away.

Qoo10 : 269 (deal over) bought 6pcs.
First as a buyer you loot the system exploiting all loops ..when buyers start doing the same start calling it as a scam/fraud…🤣🤣
As a buyer looted the system because the system wanted it for their promotion. It has nothing to do with buyers funding it.
Rather the buyers get the full amount due to them.
Plz learn how the system works.
When you get a bank offer amazon foots your bill plus some by bank not the seller.
Zinda hey aaur badh bhi raha hey.
ShopClues customer care is now almost at par with flipkart because of the funding.
Rather when seller sent wrong saree SC picked returned parcel next day by BlueDart and in 12 hours got refund.
Shopclues improved but ShopClues Qoo10.In is the problem.
Any international ecom platform has to enter Indian market they have to invest in an existing one because we have made AZ too big.
Leave SC, people look down even on FK calling it fakecart and what not. Jio screwed us with free data, didn’t learn the lesson and same happening with AZ.
May i know what loot is going on shopclues???
