Serious issue with Flipkart order

Hello Friends,
Need your help in matter I’m facing from Flipkart, I brought an AC on 25 April and installation was done from Jeevs but during install something happened and AC stopped cooling, I raised my concern to Flipkart support and support raised concern for refund and same was cancelled after a week again issue was raised for return and yesterday they cancelled saying troubleshooting done, but as such nothing is done no replacement done. I already emailed higher officials but not heard back. Flipkart is just stretching days for resolution without any solution. What shall I do, already Fed up of support senior executive calls are hard to get by. I feel cheated. Your advise would be appreciable

ac will have warranty. did u contact brand?
They Charged for installation during purchase, Jeevs se tie up tha Inka. I contacted brand and they suggested for replacement only and it was clearly mentioned in comments of Brand website but Flipkart ignored saying Customer is happy and resolution provided without even asking and cancelled return request
Twitter support is more helpful
The third party installation provided by flipkart for airconditioners is worst one to opt for
Jeevas is kachra only
Complain to pgportal and nodal officer citing inadequate support given.if product has return or replacement then replace the unit. Keep requesting return, replacement until done.
If you got stabilizer installed check if wire are in write place. If red and green wire is not in right place where they should be then ac won’t cool.
Alternative, keep following with Flipkart with all the screenshot on twitter
Never buy anything such from Flipkart, atleast Amazon is better in this regards.
can’t agree enough. Amazon is ways ahead in such issues and solution provided by them. FK support just sitting and doing nothing can you imagine on their App I sent 10-15 Email responses and they never replied since 6th May, requesting call back is useless if you talk to Junior executive after waiting 10-15 mins they never will to transfer call to senior executive and drop the call in between if you ask for senior executive. Can’t get worse then this. It’s such a pain I regret my decision why I brought from them. I have axis FK card brought as I too most shopping from them Better to close everything from them now. Being a customer from Let’sBuy time and this is what they do to you and favours Seller and and no value to customer
Flipkart customer support is not as customer friendly as Amazon. I think the technicians did not tighten the copper pipe properly as a resulted, the whole gas may have been leaked.
Finally issue was resolved from Flipkart end.
please explain the full resolution they provided?
@gauravgtm if possible, post the entire process of how you got refund here. It will help others in similar situations
If you have payed via CC raise a chargeback , otherwise document all things and complain in consumer forum
Fk does this to time pass and after return window ends they say we cant help you
