Service charge at Bar/restraunt

Yesterday i went to a restaurant and they charged me 10 % service charge. I said that i didn’t liked ur service and don’t want to pay. They said it written on the bottom of menu and it is compulsory to pay. What are your experiences of such?

😲😲😲 and here i thought everything is included in the price mentioned on menu.
Maybe next they will start asking money for plates and glass and table and chairs we use 😁😁
Best is yo ask upfront before ordering.
But if sec C lady serves you the drinks and food then………..

This service charge thing is a big scam….. Not all restaurants give it to their staff…..

they always do that…but still u can refuse to pay.
if still they charge..then tell them i will give 1 star review on all the platforms like zomato, google, dineout etc..
