Can you explain bro?
Any strategy to buy from market in bulk, normally volume is very less

Just place limit iceberg orders at chosen price....if your chosen price is with in range of market price, you should get all the fills

I was also surprised initially. But now i have realised as SGB matures after 8 years of issue date.Discount in exchange may be due to high inflation and you only get 2.5 interest every year.

What are iceberg orders and which brokers allow them;?
SuperKnight wrote:One can place iceberg orders directly in listed SGB's.In iceberg order in nifty one need to show only 10% order amountWhat are iceberg orders and which brokers allow them;?
for example Like if you need 200 fills you place iceberg order of 200 with only showing 20 .First 20 will be filled and 20 more will be placed automatically until one gets total 200 fills.
Every broker allows it.When you placed a order look for disclosed quantity.Thats the quantity that will be shown not the whole order amount.(i think it is minimum 10%)
