Hello folks,

My cx180 is dead and it’s out of warranty though one side is still working but that makes no sense also it has no Mike..

I am getting this earphone for about 350rs after applying my gv…

I just read the reviews it has 4.4 ratings as of now.

But I found 2 strange things:

1. This earphone is not available in fk nor they have mentioned any model no for the same.

2. Some ppl have mentioned they are giving vouchers if you give them good ratings and so on.

Rest everyone have only given positive response…

If you are using this or you have any idea about the same please comment below.

Also suggestions for other earphones in this price bracket will be appreciated.

It was suggested earlier too to get.. In lightning deal it’s 399..not bad

Their customer support is very poor! I had boult bluetooth earphones, bought for around 2300. One side stopped working. They denied the replacement because it’s charging pod had some scratches (Not even the earphones), as physical damage would lead to no replacement.
They offered me newer model with 30% discount for 2100. (Obviously they won’t return that faulty earphones)
Their actual price on amazon was 2100 itself.
Later got it worked out from a local repair for Rs 200.

The thing is these company buy products from china and then self brand. After a year they don’t have the same product and hence they do these tantrums. (Same case like Micromax)
Better to buy of a reputed co, if u really care about sound and music.
