Shitty Cred with Shitty Xpressbees buying from Cred could be risky

I purchased some item form Cred never knew that they ship through shitty Xpressbees one of worst courier of India with non existent customer support, Xpressbees marked my parcel as delivered without delivering, now no response from cred and no response from Xpressbees as well problem is remained unsolved alomost 1 month passed buying anything from could be very risky if anything goes wrong as there is no customer service only chat bot is handling customers and generates bogus service request number everytime but nothing happens
