I have an electricity bill of 20k something so wanted to know would it be safe to buy a gv of that much worth from apay card or not ?

May be you should also mail Amazon/ICICI just to get some assurance that they will not credit 2% instead of 5% like they did with many others w.r.t last billing cycle
If you wanna take risk and don’t mind receiving 2% instead of 5, then u can go ahead with 20k..its nothing that concerns them
