Should I focus on one or look for many
Hi All,
as the title says, whether one should focus on one goal in his/her life or one should focus many/multiple goals in his/her life.
What should be proper approach? I tried to focus on multiple goals at a time but then I couldn't give 100% of mine to either of them, due to this I felt demotivate for time while working towards my plan & something feel like maybe this is not for me, although I have trust on myself that I could achieve but energy being used at multiple places makes me tried to give them 100% although together & If I dont work on multiple goal together I feel like If I dont I might lose some opportunity there, If I focusing on Goal A, I feel like I might lose opportunity in Goal B, If I focus on Goal B I feel like I might lose opportunity in Goal C, and keeps going.
Please guide what do you think should the proper approach while working towards our goal.

Try to priortize your time because that's a vital skill you should be having. It's good that you want to learn/focus more in your life in order to excel but not at the cost of your health. It's good have multiple goals and even better to succeed in all but not at all good to moan and regret later so if you think you're trapped in this loop take a pause and focus more on the quality instead of the quantity and bounce back 😎

Just shoot em/ set traps. Problem solved. 🐒
Focus on one main thing actively and another passively..

1. You are unwillingly trying to learn/achieve something which might be useful for you in future.
2. You wish to learn/achieve something but you don't put enough efforts. You give up.
There should be strong will/desire and ability/skill to put efforts at the time of goal setting.
If these 2 things are not in sync, then it's probably not going to work in long term.

No harm in running behind two goals bro, but they shouldn't be mutually exclusive. In the latter case, it's better to choose and give it the best shot.
As others said already, prioritize and allocate time
BTW, what kind of goals are we talking about specifically? Professional or personal
One can't be good at too many things anyway so even if you start with many things you need to drop the things you find you are not good at & focus on remaining things.

No. I meant when we try something and we know/feel that we like it then we should definitely make another attempt at it. If still it holds our attention, then we should think about it consciously and make a go at it.
as the title says, whether one should focus on one goal in his/her life or one should focus many/multiple goals in his/her life.
"Focus on a single thing at a time" statement itself is the biggest scam in the world. I will tell why. You learnt math, history, geography, MIL, language papers etc at school. Right? You didn't study only math for example. Similarly no matter how busy we are, we all drink water, eat food, excrete poop, pee n sweat, have sleep etc. These things are mandatory in nature. Some jobs are very dynamic in nature. Ex: Driving an automobile. You start focusing too much then boom. If you get distracted then also boom.
Every person has 24 hrs a day, 28/29/30/31 days in a month as per the type of the month and 365 days a year. So, this is universal for all people.
What to do then?
- Plan properly. First know what to know. If you don't know what to know then you will be beating around the bush.
- Get a time estimate for the job. Get a realistic view.
- Then divide your entire project in to small chunks. And achieve them. 🙂🙂
- It is all about priority.
- If your project is short and it needs demanding efforts then giving up everything and achieving it is the usual goal. But if your project is a long term one then it demands consistency. Sprints n marathons are different things and demand different approaches. You need to identify the things.
- Stop procrastinating and start today. 🙂

Few reasons of demotivation.
1. You are unwillingly trying to learn/achieve something which might be useful for you in future.
2. You wish to learn/achieve something but you don't put enough efforts. You give up.

The success of a goal depends on you. Doesn't matter if you choose goal a, goal b or goal c. Don't assume that Goal B or C will get you better results when the outcome of any goal is up to you.
