Given the situation right now, its important that we start giving preference to Indian companies instead of multinationals or foreign funded companies. Keep Indian money inside India.

Why, seller on both sites are from India mostly. Don’t you want to help them? Only certain percentage goes to amazon/Flipkart for providing platform to sellers. There is nothing wrong in that. That is called globalisation.

Many of sellers are benefited from these sites as well as they created so many jobs in India and we are discussing about ban of these sites. Do remember we end users also benefited from them.
Why not, given that tata cliq matches offers from amazon (50% upto 200 cb and the likes of it)
I dont shop from flipkart otherwise so wont recommend that

Why are some of us so obsessed with “made in india”? Don’t be like that. I seriously don’t get that.
it’s about keeping Indian money within India. All of these are market places and sellers can always join Tata Cliq to sell their products. While it may be tough in the beginning but sooner or later we need steps to boost our economy. However, the initiative needs to be taken by buyers like us. If we choose Tata Cliq or any other platform, then sellers themselves will join the platform.
At the end of the day, they will come to where buyers are.
Its about diverting minds of Indians from current migrant crisis and other important issues.

i personally feel India as a nation can be super power this is how.
once this pendemic is over from world every nation will try to avoid trade with china. as a result India can capitalize this chance becoming next services provider for the whole world since labour is cheap here.
Before corona, labour was not cheap in India? Lol we need much skilled people than cheap labour. In India most of companies face political issue and no company wants that.
