Disney has requested a Florida court to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit, involving a woman who died from anaphylaxis after dining at Disney Springs, referencing an arbitration waiver included in the Disney+ terms and conditions.
The company pointed to a clause that mandates arbitration for all disputes with Disney, asserting that Jeffrey Piccolo, the woman's husband, agreed to these terms when he signed up for a one-month free trial of Disney+ on his PlayStation in 2019.

This is insane...we wont get court trail FROM ANY SUBSIDY OF DISNEY??? because we signed up trail T&C and accepted it?????
and that too signed up by male and his wife also comes under this T&C ??
