If not, then anyone can do fraud with them, right?

They just operate with Mobile No. No kind of KYC.
Yes, but they don't give higher limits without pan.

Regardless of KYC status, simpl revises credit limits based on purchase activity. Got two Simpl accounts (no KYC), started with 500/1000 limit and now one got 23k and the other 12k

Yes, but that would probably take sometime bro.
If someone is registering with the intention of defrauding, most probably won't be that patient. Also, one would end up giving much more information to simpl in this duration, which could help them in better tracing (they might want to catch up if the default is material)
For me it took 2 years to go from 2k to 8k.

AapKaKeju wrote:Low limits for non-kyc accounts is fine (Remember LazyPay giving me 500/1000 limit this way) but providing limit enhancements on a very consistent basis (just based on user's purchase activity) is a very bad practice. Yes, there a section under user-profile to fill address but no one's gonna do that + its not that simple to get user private information from merchants eitherYess, Even I have a limit of 19800 , hence asking you all this question
Was expecting them to force KYC/loan line a while back (Like OlaMoney Postpaid did for a 3k >> 5k limit hike) but they're still into increasing purchase limits for everyone (10k, 20k... who knows there could be people with 30k+ limits too)
