Ive recently started following siridhanya lifestyle and it has worked wonders just want to connect and discuss with fellow dimers who follow the same !
It has really opened my eyes around how we have been fooled and driven by the industrial food culture.
For those who dont know what siridhanya means, it refers to 5 positive millets
1.Little millet
2.Kodo millet
3.Browntop millet
4. Foxtail millet
5. Barnyard millet
following major foods need to be avoided (will shock many):
1. Grains – All types of wheat, all types of rice whether brown,red,black etc, soya , sweet corn
2. Milk – All animal based milk like A1/A2 cow milk, buffalo milk , goat milk etc
3. Sweetener – Any sugarcane based products like refined sugar, sugarcane jaggery, raw sugar, brown sugar , stevia , honey
4. Oils – All refined oils
