I need to pay 10k cc bill by tomorrow so was looking for any portal other than those 2 where i could pay the bill and Could get some form of cashback or Reward.

Be clear do you want reward/cashback or late payment fee later? Keep calm and effect the payment at the earliest. Go after reward for next month due, atleast a week or two before the due date.
