Slice card not working offline store

I have 1 slice card and friend also.
While trying to pay at groceries store transaction not completed, error coming
Tried both cards having balance, full in active status but failing
The POS machin is HDFC written, after many attempt of both cards finally done with hdfc credit card
Any one facing this?

Yes the boy entered many times values and tried contactless ama pin enter type transaction many times
