Can anybody suggest how to recover advance amount paid to them before lockdown. All of their contact numbers are not working since long, stores shutdown due to non-payment of rent and even they are not responding to Consumer Grievance mails..
Even their social media outsourced third party has due of more than Rs 15 lacs.
How can any corporate shut down their operations having Crores of money of public at large.
It will be of great help if some dimer can suggest something fruitful to get refund of advance money paid to SMAAASH!

I have some funds loaded in their card. Now I can stop thinking of utilizing it and put the card along with the expired cards.
I havent received my Aircel and RCOM balance yet (over 2.5k in total) , and this industry has TRAI too.
So , your balance is on the mercy of the company, most likely they wont give back
Seems you are absolutely right, as I also lost more than Rs 2,500 prepaid balance for 4-5 Aircel connections for my family members.
My only surprise is it’s 2020/ 2021 and still organizations like TRAI, MCA and Consumer grievance are helpless themselves despite having the best of the information that certain companies are defaulting and can run away with lakhs/ crores of public money at large, still they can’t do much.
Now I can understand how easy it must be for Mallya and Nirav to do the same thing in Thousand crores.
