Most important thing is to check ur priorities than check the mobile apps of different brands, accuracy of sensors, display resolution and type then make an informed purchase.
For me it was to have good resolution and looks so bought the cheapest one from the house of Dizo.
All I will say is, don't go for Fire Boltt watches. They have a pretty sluggish UI, and there's no way to silence the call ringer on the watch. So even if your watch and phone are on DND/Silent, the call ringer still blares loudly.
