Not sure if this is the right forum, but had to ask this question:
Trying since morning to cancel two tickets on smartbuy which were booked on the same platform, but unable to cancel either of them.

I had the same issue last time. Sent out an email to support asking them to cancel.

Whenever i tried cancelling directly through irctc it didn't work. What I had done is logged into smartbuy went into orders and cancelled from the portal and it worked

it is your mistake to book with incorrect details, now it will not get cancelled and will incur chrgaes no use in asking now
