smartbuy transaction failure

I have received new hdfc credit card two months ago.
I have never used it before on smartbuy.
Whenever I try to buy gift card on smartbuy using that card the transaction directly fails.
It doesn’t even take me to OTP page .
Any solution?

I have used payzapp card in almost all accounts

Smartbuy account – is that old? Used some other HDFC card in past?
If so, should create a new Smartbuy account.
