I need a smart watch which can also monitor Blood Pressure, not just heart rate. Basically I need a watch to track BP, heart rate, Spo2 and obviously steps. Amazon is full of smartwatches in 1-3k range highlighting BT calling & notifications as if its a calling device, not a fitness tracker. So brands Boat, Noise fit, beatXP, Fiee-Boltt......its all confusing.
Please suggest

Blood Pressure is a tricky thing. That old fuss fuss mercury sphygmomanometers were the real thing, rest all just darts flying across the sky, hitting the mark once a while. I bought one Omron recently but it doesn't give proper reading, i have to use Dr. Morepen one in addition when I don't agree the readings. If these heavy instruments are not giving proper readings, how can I think of a small smartwatch to do the job. I will suggest stop looking for this big feature in small watches. You will only find yourself tricked 🙏🏻 Rest is your wish
Smartwatches in general are marketting gimmick used to boost sales .
What few can actually do is track steps accurately
Thats it .
Still pls suggest which ones can also measure Blood Pressure

Yup. The Apple Watch in particular (though Samsung besides a few other brands isn't too far behind) is ridiculously close to the Polar H10 chest strap which is pretty much the gold standard in case of portables, holding it's own when compared to medical grade equipment. It's also very good in terms of Sleep Monitoring.

Thanks, Apple far away from my pocket. Which other brands track BP apart from spo2, heart rate and steps?

Anything in your specified price range would be so poor in terms of accuracy that it won't matter. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is the best in a limited budget.

ECG and BP are disabled in india in galaxy watch 4.. We can enable using mod app
Yes. I hope the mod keeps on working.

No. The mod is very safe. It's made by an XDA member and is hosted on XDA not in some shady Chinese forum. Been around for years now.

Does below Samsung model comes with BP monitoring feature via mod app? Q&A reply by Samsung itself says this does not support BP monitoring, not sure if hardware does not support or via mod app it will support
Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Bluetooth(4.0 cm, Pink Gold, Compatible with Android only) (price 11k) https://amzn.eu/d/7...Lt
Let me put this way 😀.... 11k is beyond my budget. I want to start with 2-3k watch and later move to the gadget based on my needs. Pls suggest which is good among so many watches available on amazon in 1-3k range, and also have BP monitoring, heart rate, steps. Any brand/model people using and can be trusted/giving good results? I am sure everybody cannot afford 11k 😊

As I have mentioned earlier there's absolutely nothing in your specified price range that is even remotely accurate considering you desire so many features. Unless garbage info is better than no info! Wasting 3-4k unnecessarily isn't wise. Only Step counting can be expected to be accurate. Huawei Band 7 is cheaper (6-7k range usually) but isn't sold officially in India I believe. On par with the Samsung when it comes to heart monitoring. SpO2 is fairly accurate but Sleep Monitoring is useless and lacks BP monitoring. Battery life is stellar unlike Apple and Samsung devices (and other true smartwatches)
Regarding BP get an Omron if anyone has been advised regular monitoring.

No geographical restrictions. All features unlocked without needing to pair with any Samsung device.
If you search DD you can find reviews by dimers detailing their poor experiences with the likes of Boat, Fire Boltt, Noise etc. Even Amazfit is quite bad.
Expert reviews of smartwatches https://m.youtube.com/c/TheQuantifiedSci...st Some Fitbit or the other might be feasible.
Obviously none in case of the aforementioned Chinese garbage.

Well nobody asked for regular BP monitoring, just that becoming health cautious, started regular fitness stuff etc recently, so keen to have a device to keep tab on vitals as well steps. As far as I know, BP is more imp than Heart Pulse for predicting a sudden heart problem/spike and amazon flooded with cheap devices with all these features (but obviously bad reviews), so asked for a BP enabled device. You can correct if my understanding is wrong and BP vs Heart pulse are equally same to predict any heart problem/spike. And if both parameters equally same, then reducing my feature wish list to just steps and any one heart parameter measurement, now do you recommend any device in lesser budget apart from Samsung/Apple?
Any idea on this Goqii smartwatch with BP monitoring feature (GOQii Smart Vital Plus: https://www.amazon.in/GOQii-Vital-Plus-Temperature-Pressure/dp/B09DL5LV76/), its in 3500. Reviews are good (or higher than mixed) even for BP monitoring feature. I had used their band many years back when steps counts was launched, band was really good looking, soft and durable, it worked for more than 2 years before I misplaced. I also remember they sent replacement device on my steps miscalculation complaint and also provided a USB docker for charging which was not launched in that model till that time 😊

In that case you need a smartwatch with ECG and not just heart rate monitoring. BP is not as important and in any case not even Samsung has got it right so nevermind far smaller companies. Inaccurate info is worse than no info.
Better get a TMT/Stress test if you are beginning anew and are worried about your heart health especially if strenuous exercise is on the menu. Even that will only be useful for large blockages (>70%).

Well no problem as such, I am just looking for a tracker with some wish list of features. Now leaving my own wishlist aside😉, among all devices available between 1-3k pls suggest which ones are good and can measure steps accurately and if possible accurate heart rate accuracy also?

On a serious note, as @LIMBO mentioned "there's absolutely nothing in your specified price range that is even remotely accurate considering you desire so many features"

Already understood that so many features not possible in this budget....understood this due to replies by you dimers in this thread, appreciate it 😄, and so reduced my wish list to bacis features and looking for good devices within 2-3k range. Please suggest

Huawei Band 7 was available on Amazon for 6k a couple? of months ago IIRC but its OOS currently. But the GW4 was only a few thousands extra so it wasn't very appealing. No other options that I know of. You can check Amazfit reviews by The Quantified Scientist. Fitbit isn't available in your specified budget.
Polar H10 chest strap would have been great at around 10k but it doesn't seem to be sold officially in India.
Edit: 1 unit of Huawei Band 6 is available on FK for 4k. I haven't checked it's reviews but it might be decent-ish.

I have a Samsung active 2 watch. Is there any mod file to get BP and ECG features?
sirardx466 wrote:I have a Samsung active 2 watch. Is there any mod file to get BP and ECG features?
It's certified for ECG but I don't think BP was ever supported in this model. Regarding the former it seems it could be activated earlier but it stopped? working afterwards https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Wearables/S...
