I had ordered woohoo-egift-card of 500 on snapdeal but the email id which i used is locked now what should i do to change the email id to receive the gift card.

Bro woohoo can’t do anything , u have to contact snapdeal for email id change and it took me 2-3 months for receiving the woohoo gift card on new email id as snapdeal customer care sucks.

You should file your complaint on snapdeal site only and don’t email them , this way your problem will be solved. Go to snapdeal website and then go to contact us and then u will see a option of filing a complaint against particular order , so just do that and your problem will be solved. Mine was solved like this only. And don’t waste your time in mailing them.
