Hi,
I have been using sodexo vouchers for BIGBASKET but my company gave us SODEXO CARD and i am unable to use them online and its been accumulating from 2 months. I can’t find any grocery store that accepts Swipe Card.
Please help me. I need to know any ONLINE store that accepts Sodexo Swipe Card.

I didn’t get it. COD and swipe the Sodexo Card? All grocery stores says they don’t support Sodexo card. Can you be more specific. And about my company changing cards, well that’s not going to happen

It seems there is no online option at all and even off line it is only through proprietary POS.
Before we launched this card, we set up our own proprietary acceptance network. So we went ahead with 30,000 terminals across the country – across 700 cities in India – to make sure that this card can be used only for meal benefit. We don’t go through the MasterCard and Visa networks. Everybody else does, but we don’t do it. So that ensures full compliance. We have a one-on-one relationship with every merchant. So we have a client contract with every merchant which clearly states that the merchant is legally obliged to accept this card only for food and non-alcoholic beverages. The moment that happens, it becomes a safety net for us.
We have an Android app, but the iPhone app should be ready in the coming days. It’s called Sodexo World. The three most important features are, firstly, a mobile payment option where you can link a meal card to the app and you can scan a QR code and make a payment. Secondly, there is a global outlet locator. Wherever you are, you press the button, it will tell you how far it is and gives you directions to go there.

Meal card is acceptable at Grofers, they swipe the card on delivery. Delivery executive brings a POS terminal to swipe.
And guess what it’s online. I have been using it from quite some time.
There products rates are better than big basket.

Yes i see that the meal card is being widely accepted now.
BigBasket, grofers and i believe even Zomato or Swiggy accepts the card. Unfortunately though, i cancelled my card at my organization and post cancellation all the companies have started accepting

How bigbasket accepts it? We can use it on their website or delivery guy will bring the POS machine?
