Someone help me i did Airtel recharge it failed and haven't got refund for past 10days

I did Airtel recharge of 199 pack thru Airtel app using Amazon pay but recharge failed and Amazon pay balance got deducted when i called 198 they don’t understand my problem then i tweeted to Airtel handle they keep asking for my bank statement i gave them Amazon pay statement but still they asking for bank statement and i emailed them in their reply they asking for my bank statement of past 10 days in pdf format i don’t understand why do i have to give bank statement when i recharged through Amazon pay someone help me what should i do

Go to district consumer court with all proofs and teach them a lesson.

Go to nearby airtel store and elaborate your issue on the same time keep tracking the customer care of Amazon regarding merchant payment status (with reference number)

I face similar problem today. Rs. 49 debited from my Amazon Pay Balance, but not activated the connection. On contacting Amazon & Airtel they are bypassing the issue. But gave me a deadline till today midnight. If not I certainly go extra mile.
By the way AMAZON is no more reliable. Next time onwards I shall do recharge from shops. So someone can earn some bread.
